The hull and the deck are fiberglass bonded; all stainless steel deck hardware is through-bolted; the strakes are microballoon-filled for additional strength; and there's a foam-filled, glass-encapsulated box section stringer with an integral stress distribution pad to even out the strains of heavy weather.
